Last night I found out that being in such a giddy mood as the below entry does not facilitate sleeping very well. I went to bed at midnight but didn't actually get to bed until around 2. I kept waking up every 30 minutes and found it impossible to get comfortable or back to sleep. I woke up at my alarm but realized that I was too tired to actually feel up to going to my Bio class so I just slept in until 9. Now I have no class until fourth period.

The applications for the lots in Anderson, AK opened up today. I hope they were all claimed, even though I won't get one. If this homesteading is successful they will probably hold more in the future and maybe other towns will as well.

So, despite a heavily heavily disappointing Saturday I am now in one of the best and happiest moods in recent memory for no explicable reason. Oh well, I take what I can get. School starts tomorrow and I'm not bothered.
